Beer day 1

I was happy to open the lid earlier this afternoon to find a frothy layer of yeast. I gave it a good stir, though I’m not sure if that’s what I should’ve done, and of course I had to have a taste of the spoon. It seems nice already. I can’t wait until it’s finished!
